Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that works with the energy fields of the body to promote balance, relaxation, and healing.
It is a wonderfully relaxing, extremely gentle and non-invasive practice that is safe for all ages and can be used to address a myriad of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual issues.
Initial sessions include a 1-1 consultation (to allow for paperwork and getting to know) lasting up to 1.5 hours.
All further sessions last around 1 hour in total.
All Reiki Treatments include Chakra Balancing: helping to encourage harmony and holistic well-being.

I am trained in Eastern Reiki, (Reiki Jin-Kei-Do) and my Reiki lineage traces back to Dr Mikao Usui (the founding father of the spiritual and healing practice we know of today as Reiki).
I personally felt drawn to Reiki after a long period of stress, this led to ill health and personal circumstance changes.
Since then, I have never looked back and now feel very grateful to be able to share Reiki with others.
